Faith Formation class (Kindergarten through 6th grade will begin on September 8th at 10:00 am. Confirmation classes will begin on September 9th at the 6:30 pm Mass. Registration forms are available in the church office, in the church vestibule and on the links below. Please return completed forms with required documents and payment to the church office.

If your child is in a Sacrament class (First Holy Communion or Confirmation), a long form birth certificate and Baptism certificate (even if your child was baptized at Immaculate Conception) are required at the time of registration. We cannot accept incomplete registrations.

The rates for Faith Formation:

                              1 child = $55

                              2 children = $75

                              3+ children = $95

​

Those families registering by July 31 will receive a $10 discount.

Please note: we will not accept registration forms before or during Faith Formation classes. If you are not pre-registered by September 8th, you may register after classes beginning at 11:15 am on September 8th.

We also will not be accepting registrations before or during Confirmation classes. If you have not pre-registered by September 9th, you may register after class beginning at 8:15 pm on September 9th.
